Existing Advertiser Information
 

Please send an email to support@hiplibrary.co.uk  The email message should contain your username and the first 3 letters of your password, together with details of the changes you would like made to your advertisement.  We will endeavour to make these changes within 24 hours of receipt of the email.  Please note that we do not charge for changes made to advertisements.
 

Please send an email to support@hiplibrary.co.uk quoting your username and the first 3 letters of your password explaining that you wish to cancel your advertisement with HIP Library.  We will send a cancellation confirmation email to you within 24 hours of receipt of the email.
 

Please send an email to support@hiplibrary.co.uk, typing only your username into the message of the email.  You will receive an email reply within 24 hours of receipt of this email containing your password reminder.
 

You will automatically receive a renewal notice, by email, approximately 30 days before your advertisement period expires.  This will provide the necessary information to enable you to renew your advertisement for a further 12 months.  When renewing please ensure that we receive your renewal form by the date indicated.  If you do not wish to renew your advertisement please ignore the renewal reminder.  In this case your advertisement will be removed from the HIP Library website.
